A free communication resource for families with newborns, or with a family member in the hospital. This is a wonderful way for families to provide information to other family members and friends. You can create and maintain your own page for the patient, providing news and status and receiving inbound messages.

American Medical Association
Official site of the AMA; info for professionals, institutions, and patients. Not all parts of site accessible to the public.

Journal of the American Medical Association
Full text available by subscription only, but still a good resource for locating further information.

New England Journal of Medicine
Like the AMA Journal, full articles are available by subscription only, but abstracts and indexes provide a good start on research.
